A New Beginning
This is 35 years in the making. I have been a cook chef for 35 years in and around Missoula. I started out at the bottom and have worked my way to this moment. I have had the support of my family, friends and fellow kitchen dwellers.
I want to make food that is unapologetic for its flavor, freshness and the traditions that go into making the food. The attitude part is I am resolute in my convictions that good food takes time, has to be well thought out and is made the way it is for a reason.
I believe the guest is the most important part of our success. My desire is to educate our guests about the food we make and the techniques we use.
